The first paratroopers-firefighters of the Zhambyl aviation department arrived at the place of ignition, who restrained the front of the fire before the arrival of ground forces, the staff of the ground forest guard came up with equipment and started extinguishing the fire and preventing its further spread. Thanks to the coordinated actions of all services, the fire was stopped, the threat to the State Forest Fund was removed.

For the third day, there is a fight against a large fire that occurred on the territory of the 21st quarter of the Korinsky forestry of Taldykorgan KSU. The fire was monitored from the air. It was decided to attract additional forces and means of the Emergency Situations Ministry and the Ministry of Emergency Situations to combat the fire element. To extinguish the fire, a first-class Mi-8 helicopter with a spillway device on an external suspension was involved. Fire extinguishing is complicated by inaccessible mountainous terrain, poor visibility and difficult meteorological conditions. Currently, the fight against the fire element is underway.
