AUGUST 20, 2021, FOREST AVIATION WORKS WERE CARRIED OUT

On August 20, 2021, specialists of the Bayanaul aviation department, together with representatives of the Pavlodar Regional Territorial Inspectorate, flew over the protected area. During the air patrol, monitoring of the sanitary state of plantings in the Bayanaul SNPP was carried out as a result of the drought of 2021. AUGUST 20, 2021, THE EMPLOYEE OF THE KOSTANAY AVIATION DEPARTMENT HELD A LECTURE

On August 20, 2021, within the framework of the program for informing the population by the paratrooper-firefighter of the Kostanay aviation department, A.B. Sautbaev. a preventive lecture on fire-fighting topics was held among the employees of the TTSO MS Severnaya RDT, the LTC of the Auliekol region of the branch of Kazakhtelecom JSC. The trainees were familiarized with the precautions when handling fire in the forest, actions when a forest fire is detected, the actions of a person lost in the forest, and the observance of sanitary standards when visiting forest tracts.

EXERCISES IN THE CASE OF FOREST AND STEPPE FIRES HELD IN THE PAVLODAR REGION

On August 19, 2021, joint firefighting and tactical exercises were held on the territory of the RSU GLPR "Ertis Ormany".

The exercises were conducted with the aim of working out the interaction of command and control bodies, forces and means to respond to extinguishing forest fires, promptly attracting forces and means to extinguishing a fire, improving practical skills in organizing and managing fire extinguishing, managing the forces and means involved.

According to the legend of the exercise, during an air patrol of the protected area, an observer pilot of the Kazavialesoohrana State Enterprise discovered a forest fire. From the aircraft to the place of fire, paratroopers-firemen with fire extinguishing means are landed. Having received the input, the paratroopers-firefighters quickly proceed to extinguish the fire. In parallel, reconnaissance of the state of the fire is carried out from the air, the prospect of its development is assessed, the spread of fire and the course of extinguishing is monitored, and the alignment of forces and means along the perimeter of the fire is being adjusted. Due to the rapid spread of the fire element (due to strong winds and dry weather), a decision is made to attract additional forces and means.

After some time, the forces and means of the Firefighting and Rescue Service of the Emergency Situations Ministry, forest fire stations, as well as voluntary firefighting units arrive at the scene of the fire.

The subunits that arrived in time immediately engage in a "battle" with the fiery element. At the site of the fire, an operational fire extinguishing headquarters is created, which collects, processes and analyzes data on the situation at the fire, takes into account and distributes forces and equipment to combat areas, and develops an extinguishing plan.

After a long and stubborn struggle in all areas, the active edge of the fire was stopped, work is underway to localize and extinguish individual combustion centers.

The gathering of additional formations in the camp is announced. The chief of the firefighting operational headquarters announces the elimination of the fire. Based on the results of the fire-tactical exercises, a meeting of the operational headquarters was held with the involvement of the leaders of all functional groups, where the course of the exercises was analyzed and its results were summed up.

In total, more than 20 people were involved in the exercises, more than 5 units of special equipment. According to the organizers of the exercise, these events are carried out to practice the skills of extinguishing forest fires in conditions as close as possible to real ones, to refine all the nuances that may arise during the elimination of a real fire, the interaction of all operational services and ensure the safety of fire extinguishing.

AUGUST 19, 2021, AN EMPLOYEE OF ZHAMBYL AVIATION DEPARTMENT HELD A PREVENTIVE LECTURE

On August 19, 2021, within the framework of the program for informing the population by the paratrooper-firefighter of the Zhambyl aviation department of Kenesalyuly Nurzhan, a preventive lecture was held among the employees of Moyinkum Kurylys Kompaniyasy LLP on the topic "Protect the forest from fires”. Employees of the organization were familiarized with the precautions when handling fire in the forest, actions when a forest fire is detected, the actions of a person lost in the forest, compliance with sanitary standards when visiting forest areas.

FIRE DETECTED ON AUGUST 18, 2021

On August 18, 2021, a fire was discovered on the territory of the 24th quarter of the Bayanaul forestry of the Bayanaul SNPP. The forces and means of the Bayanaul aviation department, the Bayanaul SNPP and the Emergency Situations Ministry were sent to fight the fire element to extinguish the fire and prevent its further spread. Thanks to the coordinated actions of all services, the fire was localized and extinguished in a small area.

AUGUST 17, 2021, EMPLOYEES OF THE BAYANAUL AVIATION DEPARTMENT HELD PREVENTIVE CONVERSATIONS

On August 17, 2021, the employees of the Bayanaul aviation department among the vacationers of the Bayanaul SNPP held preventive talks on fire-fighting topics. During the conversations, the participants were familiarized with the precautions when handling fire on the territory of the State Forest Fund, actions when a forest fire is detected, and the rules for observing sanitary standards when visiting the forest. More than 30 people were involved in preventive work, and leaflets on fire-prevention propaganda were also distributed to them.

FIRE DETECTED ON AUGUST 17, 2021

On August 17, 2021, a fire was discovered on the territory of the 133rd quarter of the Naurzum forestry of the Naurzum GPP. Paratroopers-firefighters of the Kostanay aviation department and ground forest guards with equipment were sent to the place of fire to extinguish the fire and prevent its further spread. Reconnaissance of the fire was carried out from a Mi-2 helicopter of the Kazavialesokhrana State Enterprise. The fire is being extinguished. The approximate area of the fire is 1000 hectares (reeds).
