JULY 22, 2021, THE EMPLOYEE OF THE KATON-KARAGAY AVIATION DEPARTMENT HELD A PREVENTIVE LECTURE

On July 22, 2021, within the framework of the program for informing the population by the instructor of the APG of the Katon-Karagai aviation department, Blinov D.Yu. a preventive lecture on fire-fighting topics was held among the employees of the Maksimka farm. Employees of the organization were familiarized with the precautions when handling fire in the forest, actions when a forest fire is detected, the actions of a person lost in the forest, compliance with sanitary standards when visiting forest areas. At the end of the lecture, propaganda leaflets were distributed to the participants.

On July 22, 2021, practical training of paratroopers-firefighters took place on the territory of the Almaty aviation department. The personnel of the Almaty and Taldykorgan aviation departments underwent ground training on the basis of a special training tower, in order to thoroughly and comprehensively prepare on the ground, work out all the elements of the descent, study various techniques and train for their implementation.

Practical skills of the "forest special forces" were practiced by experienced mentors - the head of the air fire service, the heads of the aviation department and observer pilots.

Note that it is not always possible to get to the area of an active forest fire by land transport, and when delivering forces and means by aviation, it is not always possible to select a site for a safe landing.

In such cases, a decision is made to land troops in the area of the fire using a helicopter. The pilot-observer from the air selects a platform suitable for the descent of paratroopers-firefighters, measuring at least 5x5 meters between the crowns of trees.

The helicopter hovers over this "well" at a height of at least 10 meters above the tops of trees (while the height to the ground should not exceed 45 meters). The pilot-observer opens the door and drops a particularly strong (900 kg at break) 50-meter cord, along which paratroopers-firemen descend directly from the helicopter to the ground with the help of a trigger roller.

During the training, the interaction of the pilot-observer and paratroopers-firefighters is monitored, the descent speed (average - three meters per second), correct landing and much more.

It should be noted that such training descents are held annually - at the beginning and in the middle of the fire hazardous season. It is extremely important to recall the technique of descending from a helicopter after the winter break and consolidate the acquired skills, because this is one of the foundations of the safety of forest aviation operations.

On July 22, 2021, specialists of the Pavlodar aviation department, together with a representative of the RSU GLPR "Ertis Ormany", flew over the protected area in order to control compliance with environmental management rules and identify violations of environmental legislation. During the air patrol, no violations of environmental legislation were identified.

On July 21, 2021, a steppe fire was discovered on the lands of the Danilovsky rural district, a threat was created that the fire would go to the territory of the Akkol KSU FDA. The forces and means of the Akmola aviation department and the Akkol KSU ULH were sent to fight the fire element to extinguish the fire and prevent its further spread. Thanks to the coordinated actions of all services, the fire was localized and extinguished in a small area.

During the lecture, the participants were familiarized with the precautions when handling fire on the territory of the State Forest Fund, actions when a forest fire is detected, and the rules for observing sanitary standards when visiting the forest. Fire propaganda leaflets were also distributed.

July 21, 2021, within the framework of the program for informing the population by the paratrooper-firefighter of the Borovsk aviation department, D.S. Baimagambetov. a preventive lecture on fire-fighting topics was held among the employees and buyers of FE "Khasenov". During the lecture, the participants were familiarized with the precautions when handling fire on the territory of the State Forest Fund, actions when a forest fire is detected, and the rules for observing sanitary standards when visiting the forest.

On July 21, 2021, the specialists of the Akmola aviation department of the Kazavialesoohrana State Enterprise together with the representative of the environmental police of the Akkol region, inspector Dyachenko N.G. joint overflights of the protected area were carried out in order to control the observance of environmental management rules and to identify facts of violation of environmental legislation. During the air patrol, no violations of environmental legislation were identified.

On July 21, 2021, a fire was discovered on the territory of the 76th quarter of the Klyuchevoy forestry, Malo-Tyuktinsky KSU. Paratroopers-firefighters of the Kokshetau aviation department and ground forest guards with equipment were sent to the place of fire to extinguish the fire and prevent its further spread. Thanks to the coordinated actions of all services, the fire was localized and extinguished on an area of 0.2 hectares.
