EXERCISES IN THE CASE OF FOREST AND STEPPE FIRES HELD IN THE PAVLODAR REGION

On July 13, 2021, joint firefighting and tactical exercises were held on the territory of the Zhasybay subdivision of the Bayanaul State National Natural Park RSU.

The exercises were conducted with the aim of working out the interaction of command and control bodies, forces and means to respond to extinguishing forest fires, promptly attracting forces and means to extinguishing a fire, improving practical skills in organizing and managing fire extinguishing, managing the forces and means involved.

According to the legend of the exercise, during an air patrol of the protected area, an observer pilot of the Kazavialesoohrana State Enterprise discovered a forest fire.

Paratroopers-firefighters with fire extinguishing equipment are disembarking from the aircraft to the place of fire. Having received the input, the paratroopers-firefighters quickly proceed to extinguish the fire. In parallel, reconnaissance of the state of the fire is carried out from the air, the prospect of its development is assessed, the spread of fire and the course of extinguishing is monitored, and the alignment of forces and means along the perimeter of the fire is being adjusted. In connection with the rapid spread of the fire element (due to strong winds and dry weather), a decision is made to attract additional forces and means.

After some time, the forces and means of the Firefighting and Rescue Service of the Emergency Situations Ministry, forest fire stations, as well as voluntary firefighting units arrive at the scene of the fire.

The subunits that arrived in time immediately engage in a "battle" with the fiery element. At the site of the fire, an operational fire extinguishing headquarters is created, which collects, processes and analyzes data on the situation at the fire, takes into account and distributes forces and equipment to combat areas, and develops an extinguishing plan.

After a long and stubborn struggle in all areas, the active edge of the fire was stopped, work is underway to localize and extinguish individual combustion centers.

The gathering of additional formations in the camp is announced. The chief of the firefighting operational headquarters announces the extinguishment of the fire.

Based on the results of the fire-tactical exercises, a meeting of the operational headquarters was held with the involvement of the leaders of all functional groups, where the course of the exercises was analyzed and its results were summed up.

In total, more than 30 people were involved in the exercises, more than 10 units of special equipment. According to the organizers of the exercise, these events are carried out to practice the skills of extinguishing forest fires in conditions as close as possible to real ones, to refine all the nuances that may arise during the elimination of a real fire, the interaction of all operational services and ensure the safety of fire extinguishing.

JULY 12, 2021, THE EMPLOYEES OF THE BUKEBAEVA AVIATION DEPARTMENT DETECTED A FIRE

On July 12, 2021, during an aviation patrol by employees of the Bukebaevsky aviation department, a fire was discovered on the territory of the 104th quarter of the Dzhemursky forestry of the Kanonersky branch. Paratroopers-firefighters of the Bukebaevsky aviation department and ground forest guards with equipment were sent to the place of fire to extinguish the fire and prevent its further spread. Thanks to the coordinated actions of all services, the fire was localized and extinguished. The cause of the fire is a thunderstorm.

JULY 12, 2021, THE EMPLOYEES OF THE AKMOLA AVIATION DEPARTMENT HELD A PREVENTIVE LECTURE

On July 12, 2021, within the framework of the program for informing the population by the APG instructor A.S. Trubitsyn. and paratrooper-firefighter of Akmola aviation department Degtyov E.V. among the employees of "Kamila" LLP, a preventive lecture was held on the topic "Compliance with fire safety rules in the forest." The workers were familiarized with the precautions when handling fire in the forest, the actions to be taken when a forest fire is detected, the actions of a person lost in the forest, and the observance of sanitary standards when visiting forest tracts. Fire propaganda leaflets were also distributed.

Classes were conducted by an employee of the Russian state enterprise FBU "Avialesoohrana".

On July 11, 2021, during an aviation patrol, employees of the Kokshetau aviation department discovered a fire on the territory of the 79th quarter of the Karauyltobinsky forestry, the Arykbalyk branch. Paratroopers-firefighters of the Kokshetau aviation department, volunteer fire brigades, employees of the emergency response department, fire department and ground forest guard with equipment were sent to the place of fire to extinguish the fire and prevent its further spread. Thanks to the coordinated actions of all services, the fire was localized and extinguished.

On July 10, 2021, 2 fires were detected in 75 and 137 blocks of the Mountain Forestry, Karkaralinsky GNPP. Paratroopers-firefighters of the Karkaraly aviation department and employees of the ground forest guard with equipment were sent to the place of fire to extinguish fires and prevent their further spread. Thanks to the coordinated actions of all services, the fires were localized and eliminated.
