In parallel with air patrol, work is being carried out on forest pathological control and identification of violations of environmental legislation in forests. The frequency of patrolling in the serviced area is carried out according to the KPO (Fire hazard class) in forests. The likelihood of forest fires most often occurs in dry, hot weather, as well as during dry thunderstorms, which is very often common in the forest belt forests near the Irtysh. The main causes of forest fires are careless handling of fire, not extinguished fires, butts and matches.

The success of our work largely depends on the interaction with the land-based forest guard. Also, explanatory work is carried out with the population on fire safety in forests. As a result of the joint forest aviation work, two facts of violation of environmental legislation were revealed. During the inspection of the places of revealed violations, means of illegal fishing were found and seized.
