On April 7, 2023, as part of the program to inform the population, the paratrooper-firefighter of the Katon-Karagai aviation department, B.B. Ualikhanov, held a preventive lecture on fire prevention among employees and visitors of the Shygys Auto auto parts store.The listeners of the organization were familiarized with precautions when handling fire in the forest, actions when detecting a forest fire, actions of a lost person in the forest, compliance with sanitary standards when visiting woodlands. At the end of the lecture, propaganda leaflets were distributed to the participants.

On April 7, 2023, within the framework of the program for informing the population by the paratrooper-firefighter of the Karkaraly aviation department, Tleukor E.S., preventive lectures were held at the State Department of State Assets and Procurement of the Karkaraly district on the topic: "Compliance with fire safety rules in the forests of the Karkaralinsky GNPP". Employees and visitors were familiarized with precautions when handling fire on the territory of the KGNPP, actions when detecting a forest fire, rules of compliance with sanitary standards when visiting the forest in the Karkaraly State National Nature Park.

On April 6, 2023, as part of the program to inform the population, the commander of the Akmola aviation department, Lesny N.N., together with the staff of the emergency Department, held a conversation with students of the Akkol secondary School No. 4 on the topic "Compliance with safety rules in the forest". The listeners were familiarized with precautions when handling fire in the forest, actions when detecting a forest fire, rules of compliance with sanitary standards when visiting woodlands. Leaflets on fire prevention propaganda were also distributed.

On April 6, 2023, employees of the Borovsky aviation department, paratroopers-firefighters Alekseev R.A. and Pavlov V.V., had a conversation with students of secondary school No. 8 of the Burabay district on the topic "Compliance with safety rules in the forest". The listeners were familiarized with precautions when handling fire in the forest, actions when detecting a forest fire, rules of compliance with sanitary standards when visiting woodlands. Leaflets on fire prevention propaganda were also distributed.

On April 5, 2023, the commander of the Northern aviation division, Lesny N.N., conducted theoretical classes with the personnel of the Akkol department of emergency Situations.

The purpose of the classes was to work out questions:
- interaction between aviation and ground protection of forests during forest fire extinguishing;
- conducting radio exchange with an aircraft;
- safety procedures for localization and elimination of fire involving aircraft.

According to Order No. 27-5/46-nk "On the establishment of a fire season on the lands of the State Forest Fund in 2023", on April 5, 2023, the fire season began in the territories - West Altai, Markakol, Naurzum and Korgalzhyn state nature reserves, state forest nature reserves "Ertis Ormany" and "Semey Ormany", state nature reserves "Altyn Dala", "Akzhayyk", "Bokeyorda", "Irgiz-Turgay", GNPP "Burabai", "Kokshetau" and "Buiratau", "Ulytau", Tarbagatai, Karkaralinsky, Katon-Karagai and Bayanaul GNPP, Sandyktau educational and industrial forestry, RSE "Zhasyl Aimak", RSE "Republican breeding and seed Center", as well as forest institutions of the Departments of Natural Resources and Environmental Management under the akimats of Abai, Akmola, Atyrau, Aktobe, East Kazakhstan, West Kazakhstan, Karaganda, Ulytau, Kostanay, Pavlodar and North Kazakhstan regions.
