Paratroopers-firefighters of the Almaty aviation department, employees of the ground forest guard and emergency personnel with equipment were sent to the place of the fire to extinguish the fire and prevent its further spread. Extinguishing the fire was complicated by the difficult mountainous terrain. In addition, 2 Mi-8 helicopters with spillway devices on an external suspension were involved in extinguishing the fire.
