Thanks to the coordinated actions of all services, the fire was localized and liquidated, the threat to the state forest fund was eliminated.

On April 30, 2022, a forest fire was discovered on the territory of the 36th and 43rd quarters of the Sinegorsky forestry of the Asu-Bulak KSU. Paratroopers-firefighters of the Ust-Kamenogorsk aviation department, employees of the ground forest guard and emergency department with equipment were sent to the firesite to extinguish the fire and prevent its further spread. Extinguishing the fire is complicated by the difficult mountainous terrain and strong gusty winds. An Mi-8 helicopter was additionally involved in extinguishing, with the help of which water is delivered to the fire site. As of May 1, work is underway to extinguish the fire.

Fire-tactical exercises to work out issues of interaction in the elimination of possible large-scale forest and steppe fires on the territory of the state forest fund of the Almaty region were held on April 6, 2022, on the territory of the Karatal forestry.

The main objectives of the exercises:
1. Working out the interaction of fire departments with the fire brigade of the Taldykorgan State Institution "Forestry" and other services of the emergency response team to eliminate a simulated fire;
2. Determination of the real time concentration of forces and means;
3. Training of the personnel of the fire departments of the city and the fire-fighting unit of the State Institution "Forestry" of Taldykorgan and the personnel of the Taldykorgan aviation department to perform a combat mission in special conditions;
4. Training of personnel of the firefighting headquarters and combat crews, compliance with safety regulations when extinguishing steppe, mountain and forest fires.

Prior to the fire-tactical exercises, an inspection of the readiness of fire-fighting equipment, fire extinguishing equipment and personnel was carried out.

Forces and means of KSU "Taldykorgan forestry" and paratroopers firefighters of the Taldykorgan aviation department arrive at the place of the fire on alarm.
